El Nido’s “Montessori Together” program is designed to assist parents & caregivers in encouraging a child’s natural urge to explore and support their need for independence as the child works to gain mastery over his movements & skills while a parent or caregiver is providing the child with adequate supervision.
Thus, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your child during all classes and supervising your child at all times while attending all classes held at “EL NIDO”, 4502 Riverstone Blvd, #102. Missouri City, TX 77459.
By this acknowledgment, you agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of any child under your care or supervision, to WAIVE AND DISCLAIM any right to sue or make or maintain any claim against EL NIDO or its employees or staff (including but not limited to any claim based on alleged negligence of EL NIDO or its employees or staff) except to the extent that the claim is based on knowing or reckless misconduct of EL NIDO.
You assume full responsibility and liability for any and all such claims, injuries, or damages, and you agree to indemnify El Nido and all its employees and staff for and against any and all claims, damages, attorney’s fees, or other costs of litigation related to a breach of this Waiver and Acknowledgment by you.
Twins and siblings in the same age group can attend our "Montessori Together" classes together.
The accompanying sibling or twin will receive a 10% discount.
The discount code will be offered once I receive an email from you requesting it.
Enroll in the class x2 to reserve a place for each child.
Apply your code online at the time of purchase.
Siblings from age 0-8 months can attend for free.
MAKE UP CLASSES:
You may make up one missed class for each Term.
If you attend twice per week, you can make up 2 classes for each term.
Schedule make-up sessions with me in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Make up classes will not be carried over from one term to the next.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN POLICY:
Once your place in a Montessori class has been confirmed and payment for the class has been received, you are expected to join the class.
Should you need to make changes to your registration, contact me at email@example.com at least 2 weeks before the start of the Term.
If your plans to attend the class change after class confirmation and payment has been made, please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refunds are possible up to 2 weeks before the 1st day of the Term, minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the beginning of the Term are non-refundable.
In order to honor the facilitator's time and resources for the events and workshops, no cancellations and no refunds will be possible.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS/ COURSES:
Cancellations and refunds are not possible once the online workshop/course has been purchased.
